We are pleased to announce that, as of 1 September, Kaj Niemeijer has joined NEXTFUND Vastgoedadviseurs as a Commercial Property Valuer.
Kaj completed his degree in Real Estate at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. Following his studies, he started the practical training programme to become a Registered Commercial Property Valuer. He successfully completed this programme in early 2026 and has since been registered with the Netherlands Register of Real Estate Valuers (NRVT).
With Kaj joining our team, we are further strengthening our valuation department and taking another important step in the continued growth of NEXTFUND. Kaj will focus on a wide range of valuation assignments within the commercial real estate sector, working closely with our fellow valuers.
