Stefan Ensing graduated in Business Administration from the University of Groningen in 2004. He commenced his professional career at the Dutch paint manufacturer Wijzonol. Transitioning from the world of paint, he pursued a career in real estate, starting in 2005 at DTZ Zadelhoff. Stefan served as Deputy Director at DTZ Zadelhoff Groningen, now part of Cushman and Wakefield. In March 2017, he became a partner at NEXTFUND.
Throughout his career, Stefan has been involved in diverse real estate transactions and property issues, collaborating with both national and international clients, local governments, housing associations, and developers. Some notable examples include Friesland Campina, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, GGZ Fryslan, UPS, Mstar, BAM, Heijmans, and the Dutch Government Real Estate Agency. Additionally, he provided advice to private investors on numerous real estate transactions and redevelopment projects in the Netherlands.
