Rutger Buiteveld studied Building Technology & Business Administration, specialising in Real Estate, at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. In 2025, he completed his master’s degree at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate (ASRE). During and after his studies, he developed into a real estate professional with a strong focus on the financial and analytical aspects of property.
Rutger gained extensive experience as a Registered Valuer at Troostwijk, where he was involved in the valuation of commercial real estate, including retail properties, offices, industrial properties and residential portfolios. He subsequently joined BDO Accountants & Advisors within the Real Estate Valuation Advisory practice, where he carried out real estate analyses, advised on valuation matters and contributed as part of a team to advisory assignments relating to tax matters and financial reporting.
