NEXTFUND Sells Large Scale Distribution Complex to French Investor
On behalf of Mega Invest & Real Estate B.V., NEXTFUND Vastgoedadviseurs has successfully sold a strategically located logistics and office complex in Groningen to French real estate investor Advenis. The property has a total lettable floor area of 8.647 sqm, consisting of 6.492 sqm of warehouse space and 2.155 sqm of office space. The transaction volume amounted to EUR 8.6 million.
The sold property, fully leased to a leading international distributor, is strategically located in the north of the Netherlands. The entire complex has been leased on a long-term basis to Motorcycle Storehouse B.V., a key supplier for motorcycle construction, repair, and restoration. From its warehouse on the Gotenburgweg in Groningen, the company distributes products throughout the Netherlands and across Europe.
The buyer, Eden SCPI, part of Advenis REIM, continues its European expansion with this acquisition. Eden SCPI was advised in this transaction by Epac Property Counselors.
