In 2018, Anniek graduated from the Real Estate and Brokerage program at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen. While working on her thesis in 2017, focused on valuing real estate portfolios, her interest in appraising was sparked. Anniek gained three years of experience at a commercial real estate agency in Friesland, specializing in appraising watersports-related and commercial properties.
In January 2019, she became a Registered Appraiser with the NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers) and also a Registered Real Estate Agent with the NVM (Dutch Association of Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Experts). Since April 2020, she has been working as an appraiser at NEXTFUND.
